Each Spring, the Cuyahoga Soil & Water Conservation District teams up with the National Wildlife Federation to host the NWF Backyard Habitat Stewards program. This program is a series of six classes designed to teach participants how to help people in their community create and restore wildlife habitat in backyards, schoolyards and other private and public areas. Completion of all 24 hours of this course certifies the participant as a NWF Habitat Steward.

The class dates are March 27 & 29 and April 3 & 5 (6:30pm-9:00pm)at the Brooklyn Community Center, 7727 Memphis Ave, Brooklyn, OH, AND April 1 & 8 (9:30am-3:00pm) with the location for these Saturday classes to be determined.

The $40 registration fee covers all six classes. Space is limited, and the registration deadline is March 17, 2017
