The lawn care season is upon us and one of the best ways to save on your water bill is by using a rain barrel. Per the Sustainability Department at the City of Cleveland, Cleveland Homeowners can obtain (one) free rain barrel, and this year Rain Barrel workshops will be offered.
The Rain barrels are limited per City of Cleveland neighborhoods.
